Refund policy

Return Policy for Physical Products (Toys)

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To start a return, please contact us at  sofhiamarante99@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

2. Non-Refundable Digital Products (Study Guides)

  • All digital products (including study guides, downloads, and e-books) are non-refundable and non-returnableonce the order has been processed.

  • By purchasing a digital item, you agree that the product is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled after delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sofhiamarante99@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
